Permit Planning for PV and BESS Projects in Romania
Permit planning is a key step on the path to achieving “ready to build” (RTB) status. Depending on the location, the size of the plot, and the legal framework, this process may or may not involve an urban planning procedure (PUZ/PUD).
We review each case individually to determine which authorization steps are required and coordinate them directly with the relevant authorities.
Overview of the authorization process:
Our permitting planning services can also be contracted as a standalone service, separate from the land acquisition or project development we undertake.
We work for:
Investors with their own land
Project developers looking to outsource the permitting process
Homeowners with prior knowledge or preliminary plans
One-stop coordination of authorities:
City halls and urban planning departments
Environmental authorities (APM / ANPM)
Network operators
County Councils (CJ), cadastral authorities, forestry authorities
as appropriate, heritage protection authorities, military authorities, water management agencies, etc.
Our goal: projects up to the RTB stage.
The result: a fully approved project, ready for construction, with all the necessary permits for work to begin immediately:
■ Full building permit
■ Grid connection secured, with a mandatory connection permit
■ Completed environmental and technical studies
■ Legally valid proof of ownership and right of use
■ Coordinated technical design and construction drawings
This way, we lay the groundwork for a quick and smooth installation of the photovoltaic system.
