General
Which technologies do you use?
We mainly work with ground-mounted PV systems using crystalline technology (mono PERC or TOPCon) and battery storage systems based on LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate).
For property owners
Which properties are suitable?
At least 5 ha area, preferably flat, undeveloped and outside protected zones. Former industrial or brownfield sites are also suitable.
How does the inspection of my area work?
After an initial free GIS review, we conclude a Letter of Intent (LOI) for in-depth analysis and project preparation if the project is suitable.
When do the lease payments start?
After the project has been handed over to an investor and is ready for construction. No costs are incurred by the owner prior to this.
Is a sale possible instead of a lease?
Yes, we will submit an individual purchase or lease offer following a project review.
For investors
What services do you provide?
We offer complete project development up to RTB status - including site analysis, approval planning, grid inquiry and handover in SPV structure.
Which regions do you cover?
Our focus is on southern Romania: Ilfov, Prahova, Argeș, Giurgiu and Dâmbovița. Other regions on request.
Who is responsible for construction coordination?
We hand over ready-to-build projects - for construction, EPC and operation, we recommend experienced implementation partners if required.
How is the project acquired?
Transfer takes place in an independent project company (SPV). Project costs are documented transparently.
For authorities and partners
Who is authorized to submit building proposals?
Our team has valid registrations with OAR and RUR - this entitles us to submit complete approval documents.

How do you deal with environmental regulations?
We work closely with certified environmental assessors and coordinate with the relevant authorities at an early stage.
