A new utilization perspective for your property. KLM Development Romania plans and develops large-scale photovoltaic plants in southern Romania.
If you own a plot of land with at least 5 hectares of contiguous land - whether agricultural or industrial - we will be happy to check whether it is suitable for a PV project.
You bear no risk and no costs. We take care of all the planning and approval. If successful, you will receive an attractive offer to lease, sell or leasehold.

We search for suitable properties according to clearly defined criteria:
Minimum size:
▪ 5 hectares (one contiguous area)
Preferred regions:
▪ Ilfov, Prahova, Argeș, Giurgiu, Dâmbovița, Călărași, Teleorman
Suitable surfaces:
▪ Agricultural land with low soil value.
▪ Fallow or unused land.
▪ Flat or slightly sloping terrain.
▪ Good access via public roads.
▪ At least 200 m distance from residential buildings.
▪ No nature conservation or flood zones.

Free initial assessment
You send us the cadastral data or a site plan. We will check free of charge whether the property is generally suitable for PV use (grid connection, spatial planning, restrictions, etc.).

Declaration of intent for in-depth examination
If your property has potential, we will conclude a Letter of Intent (LOI) with you. This enables us to carry out an in-depth project review - at our risk and without any obligation for you.

Detailed location and legal review
We analyze: Ownership structure and cadastral data, planning law framework conditions (PUZ/PUD), connection options to the electricity grid, infrastructure, exclusion criteria, eligibility for approval, special features of land law (leasehold, rights of way, etc.)

Individual contract offer
If the project is eligible for approval, you will receive an offer: lease (ongoing income from the start of construction), ground lease (long-term security), sale (one-off payment). The conditions depend on the location, suitability and eligibility for approval.
