PV project development in Romania
We develop photovoltaic projects up to RTB status: from site assessment, grid connection, PUZ procedure, environmental assessment to planning permission and project sale.
From site to ready-to-build project - structured, legally compliant and RTB.
Project development is at the heart of our work. Our aim is to systematically bring suitable properties to RTB (ready to build) status - fully approved, technically planned, legally structured and ready for investors or operators.
■ Steps in project development:
Our project development follows a clearly defined process:
L01
PUZ/PUD planning by registered urban planners and architects
L02
Grid connection planning incl. technical design
L03
Environmental and approval procedures (incl. expert opinions, clarification of conditions)
L04
Coordination with all authorities and municipal bodies
L05
Development of legally viable project structures (e.g. SPV)
Optional: integration of battery storage systems
For suitable projects, we integrate battery storage systems (BESS, 5-200 MWh) directly into the planning and approval structure - as a standalone project or in combination with PV.
Result: A fully developed RTB project.
Secured space structure (contractually regulated)
Urbanistic license (PUZ)
Environmental decision
Grid connection commitment
Building permit according to building law
Technical and legal project file
Direct sale by KLM Development Romania
As soon as a project has reached RTB status, we sell it directly to investors or operators - either by transferring a project company (SPV) or by selling the complete project documentation.
