Project development is at the heart of our work. Our aim is to systematically bring suitable properties to RTB (ready to build) status - fully approved, technically planned, legally structured and ready for investors or operators.

Our project development follows a clearly defined process:

Area protection

We identify suitable properties and secure them by means of a letter of intent (LOI) or preliminary agreement with the owners. If desired, the agreement can be notarized to ensure maximum legal certainty.

Examination of planning capability

We comprehensively analyze all planning-relevant factors: from ownership structures and cadastral data to regional development plans, rezoning options and transport infrastructure. In this way, we ensure that every site is suitable for a project.

Network compatibility test

For each project, we submit a detailed preliminary grid inquiry to the responsible grid operator, such as Enel or Transelectrica. This enables us to clarify feed-in options and technical framework conditions for a smooth grid connection at an early stage.

Initiation of the PUZ procedure

Our registered urban planners (RUR) and architects (OAR) prepare the complete urbanistic documentation for the PUZ procedure. In this way, we create the necessary basis for a legally secure rezoning and building permit.

Environmental assessment

We initiate the environmental assessment procedure with the relevant environmental agency (APM/ANPM). If necessary, we coordinate a full environmental impact assessment (EIA) and ensure that it is carried out in a legally compliant manner.

Coordination with authorities and clarification of requirements

We carry out continuous coordination with all relevant authorities - from the municipal administration to the grid agency. In this way, we ensure that all project-specific requirements are clarified and fulfilled at an early stage.

Building permit planning

Our registered specialist planners prepare all the documents required for planning permission in accordance with Legea no. 50/1991, thus ensuring that planning is ready for approval with full authorization for submission.

Consolidation of all permits and contracts

We coordinate the final compilation of all approvals, official requirements and contracts. With the complete project documentation, we create the basis for a smooth transition to realization or handover.

Optional: integration of battery storage systems

For suitable projects, we integrate battery storage systems (BESS, 5-200 MWh) directly into the planning and approval structure - as a standalone project or in combination with PV.

As soon as a project has reached RTB status, we sell it directly to investors or operators - either by transferring a project company (SPV) or by selling the complete project documentation.
